Servicing
With regular and correct servicing of your Toyota forklift truck you should see trouble free running for years to come. When you choose Truckmasters you are choosing a dedicated team of specialist engineers that are factory trained in this field.

Engineers
Each engineer has a fully equipped service vehicle to allow them to carry out almost every job required (with some exceptions). Each engineer is trained to the highest standard in all aspects of the Toyota forklift truck so should any other problem occur while they are on site they should be able to correct it. Our aim is to maintain each forklift truck to Toyota's specification with each engineer having a preference for working on the basis of first fix. 

Workshop
Should your forklift be in need of more extensive work that would require removal from site then we have fully equipped workshops at all of our depots.  

Replacement
In exceptional cases where your forklift is stood down for a period of time a replacement could be supplied to help keep up your work rate (subject to terms)
